Ms. Keonia L. Gilliard

Greetings Baby Gator Family,

Welcome to the new school year. I am excited to continue leading a school with such an extraordinary educational community.
At St. James-Gaillard Elementary, we are a Committed Collaborative Community Inspiring Students to Build a Brighter Future. One of the most important components of this process is the partnership between home and school. Along with the teachers and staff, I will continue the legacy of success established at SJG by building strong relationships with parents, students, and community partners.  We will focus on character education initiatives, academic skills, the use of data to drive instruction and to provide consistent implementation of the curriculum in a rigorous manner so that we can continue to increase student achievement. We encourage you to participate in your child’s school experience by attending conferences, volunteering, joining the PTO, participating in school events, and making suggestions to the School Improvement Council. As partners, we share the responsibility for our children’s success and want you to know that we will do our very best to carry out our responsibilities.
Our theme for this school year is "Together, we can do VIRTUALLY anything!", and we look forward to working with you this year.

-Keonia L. Gilliard, Principal

Ms. Jeronica A. Frazier

I am Jeronica A. Frazier and I serve as the Assistant Administrator. My job is to support the principal, faculty, staff, students and parents of St. James-Gaillard Elementary School. I also serve as both the Testing and Benchmark Coordinator in these roles. I assist teachers, students and families with all state and district testing.
I have been a member of the St. James-Gaillard Family since 2008 and I have enjoyed every minute.
I matriculated through the schools of Orangeburg Consolidated District Three, which is now Orangeburg County School District.
It is my goal to use my skills and years of educational experience to help SJGE continue to motivate students to dream big and reach beyond their goals!
